Our brewhouse is on the basis of absorbing European advanced and experienced beer machinary technology, it can fulfill various brewing technologies, variable tastes or specific capacities.

10BBL/20BBL/30BBL/40BBL/50BBL brewhouse is standard, larger or unique brewhouse also can be customized by client`s needs. the system is composed of Mash Tun/Lauter Tun/ Brew kettle/Whirlpool Tank etc. it can be headed by steam or electricity or gas fire.

The main tanks can be combined to 2 vessels/3 vessels / 4 vessels brewhouse to meet different requirements of brewing technology.

All our tanks are fabricated by certified high quality stainless steel with 100% TIG welded joints and seams, sanitary interior polish, Tri-clamp connections and designed for up to 14.7PSI and tested at30PSI. we can design any tank to meet your brewery`s space and height restrictions.

1. Double wall SUS304, thickness: 2-3mm

2. Inner surface treatment: grinded to Ra 0.6μm
3. Insulation: polyurethane-thickness 100mm

Heating Methods

steam heating: dimple plate jacket with inlet/outlet fittings for steam heat transfer

Electrical Heating : use electrical heaters to heat the medium in the jacket

Gas fired heating:use gas burner at bottom to heat tank directly
